Based in Bedford , ABIC F.L.I. offer full workshop facilities inclusive of machine shop, high bay overhead crane fabrication area, sheet metal, electrical and instrumentation facilities, plus a fleet of vans, site engineers and technicians.

The comprehensive staffing and facilities enable almost all types of new and repair work to be completed without further reference to any other company. ABIC F.L.I. site teams undertake a wide variety of new installations and repair work, inclusive of mechanical and electrical plant, instrumentation and telemetry.

Another important feature of ABIC F.L.I.'s service is the design and construction of special purpose systems and equipment. ABIC F.L.I. has wide experience of hygienic and chemical applications. Typical projects undertaken to date include :- Chemical dosing systems, conveyor systems, leachate treatment plants, flowmeter calibration and other test rigs, filtration systems, numerous pipework installations and many more.

Instrumentation and telemetry have become pivotal areas of process control and therefore ABIC F.L.I. offers a complete instrumentation and telemetry capability to compliment its other services. Installations and projects range from that of a single flowmeter to complete suites of physical and analytical instrumentation.

ABIC F.L.I. has a wide experience particularly within the water industry on equipment such as pressure regulating valves, chlorinators, chemical dosing and storage systems.
